About Me
My Story
I started my professional journey as a customer service rep, where I found joy in connecting with people and solving their problems. This role ignited a spark, leading me to explore new opportunities in Sales Administration. There, I discovered a fascination with data - automating reports and mastering Excel functions quickly became a new passion.
As I advanced to Sales Administration Manager, I enjoyed optimizing workflows and driving efficiency, but my true calling was coding. Balancing spreadsheets and data with a growing love for programming, I realized my dream lay in Software Engineering.
After much deliberation, I took a leap of faith and enrolled in college while continuing to work. My hobbies of gardening, running, and playing board games with friends kept me grounded and energized throughout. Finally, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering.
Today, my journey from customer service to software engineering reflects my commitment to personal and professional growth. My experience in sales, combined with a passion for technology and a healthy lifestyle, drive my innovative approach to creating meaningful solutions and fostering collaboration.
